Blair Athol distillery sits in the picturesque town of Pitlochry right in the middle of the Highlands of Scotland. An old distillery, it produces a classic highland style which is heavy in body, and nutty and spicy in flavour. This Blair Athol was filled from a butt which previously contained Olorosso Sherry and after such a long maturation is very full and rich.

An exceptional 30 year old scotch whisky; matured in our finest American Oak barrels and finished in Olorosso sherry, adding a layer of complexity to the finished product.

Not strictly a Japanese whisky, Togouchi sources grain whiskies from Scotland and Canada and ages them in Japan.

This is a blend from Chugoku Jozo, who mature their whiskies in a tunnel rather than a warehouse. The temperature of the tunnel is always 15 degrees while the temperature of the cellar at the headquarters in Hatsukaichi city is a little higher than that. Nutty, spicy whisky with a lovely butterscotch mouth feel. On the palate it expresses vanilla sweetness and a fine peat iodine, with hazelnuts and chocolate on the finish. Almost feels like a whisky/bourbon hybrid.

Combining a splendid blend of single malt whiskies (it is thought from Glenturret, Highland Park and Macallan), Naked Malt is allowed to mature in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. The name refers to the fact that the casks have never held whisky before, meaning that all that rich, fruity sherry goodness is imparted straight into this tasty blend! Nice and versatile, it's a solid sipper and ideal to have handy when mixing up some cocktails!

Nose: Smooth and oily with notes of cherry compote, buttered granary toast, malt, custard and peach.

Palate: Sherried and thick with notes of sultanas, sticky toffee pudding, raspberry jam, Victoria sponge, custard and crème caramel.

Finish: Medium, with notes of cocoa, oak and just a soupcon of smoke on the very tail.

White Oak Akashi Blended Whisky is unique and different, it is a blend of malt whisky from the White Oak Distillery and imported malt whisky and spirit (from molasses).

This release from Kavalan's Solist series has been aged in casks which held the sweetest type of sherry: Pedro Ximenez. This is a warming and fruity whisky with notes of juicy raisins and honey syrup.

Barrel ageing has infused Sanin with a faint vanilla aroma and fruity notes of pear on the finish. The fresh, underground water of Mount Daisen delivers a smooth, mellow taste in this light and refreshing whisky.

This whisky is the first 10 year-old single malts to be produced by the company.
The very limited-edition whisky marks the Bangalore boutique distillery’s first
10 years in the international markets where it has built up quite a following
amongst whisky connoisseurs. 

The specially designed package consists of a 700ml crystal decanter bottled.

This lightly peated whisky is made from malted barley infused with smoke during the drying process. The flavour imparted by the smoke is a reflection of Wolfburn’s history – the original 19th Century distillery was largely fired by peat. The result is a beautifully smooth and rounded whisky.

Non chill-filtered @ 46% ABV.
