Duchesse Red is a top-fermented Flanders Red Ale matured in wine oak casks for several months and macerated with cherries. Featuring aromas of fruit with hints of almonds and light sour cherries, the taste is initially sweet and fruity and keeps the balance nicely with a refreshing aftertaste.

The St-Feuillien FIVE has a pale blond colour, clear and bright. It has a strong sparkling character with fine bubbles and a white, fine and stable foam. The nose is fresh and hoppy with delicate fruity hints (fermentation esters) empowered by nuances of citrus zests (curacao). The taste starts off sweet and slightly malty. Afterwards, a slight bitterness comes in place but never becomes too dominant. As a whole, the taste is well-balanced. It is round and full-bodied. The post bitterness is fine, pleasant and long. The St-Feuillien Five is a light and refreshing blond beer with its capacity as thirst quencher as main quality. Easy to drink, it charms the consumer in a natural way by combining lightness and digestiveness.

Framboise Oud Beersel harmonizes the authentic taste of Oude Lambiek and the fruity flavour of ripe raspberries.

A delicate balance of soft lambic and real raspberries provides a smooth natural beer.
The use of real raspberries and lambic matured in wooden barrels results in an exceptionally subtle and refreshing beer.

La Chouffe is an unfiltered blonde beer, which is re-fermented in the bottle as well as in the keg. It is pleasantly fruity, spiced with coriander, and with a light hop taste.

La Chouffe pours a clear, amber-gold colour, with a giant white head. The smell is strong, with sugar, alcohol and fruit (both dark and citrus) present. The taste is very sweet, with citrus, alcohol, and a biscuity aftertaste. An excellent beer that should not be missed.

The special balance between sour and smooth results in a special experience. The refreshingly sour and fruity aroma is reminiscent of juicy citrus fruits, oranges and tangerines, intertwined with spicy hops.
The flavour explosion offers you a rich fruitiness with notes of oranges, citrus and candied fruits. You also taste a subtle caramel sweetness and a slight biscuit note that add depth to the whole. On the finish, a mild bitterness meets the soft acidity, leaving you with a smooth, balanced feeling.

3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek is a traditional kriek lambic released annually in several batches by the brewery. It is produced by macerating cherries, including the pits, in young lambic. After bottling, it is stored in a warm room for at least four months to help with secondary fermentation in the bottle.

6.8% ABV

Any bottle from the legendary 3 Fonteinen deserves a special spot in the cellar. These brews are so sought-after, craft fans regularly make the pilgrimage to the small town of Beersel, Belgium for a taste. For Lambic aficionados and Wild Ale fans, it is a near-sacred pilgrimage.

For this small-batch Frambozenlambik heaps of hand-picked raspberries from Ferme Framboos were macerated for three months on one and two-year old lambik from two different barrels and two different brews. The final fruit intensity is 350 grams of raspberries per litre of Frambozenlambik. 

6.8% ABV

Tuverbol is a blend of Loterbol Blond – a blond beer from the Diest-based brewery of the same name – and 3 Fonteinen's own lambic. Created for the first time in 2005, Tuverbol has been an annual recurring winter beer since 2017. Tuverbol has a unique taste profile thanks to the combination of the freshness of the lambic, the warmth of the alcohol and the full body of the blond beer.

9.6% ABV

For this Oude Geuze Golden Blend we blended lambikken that originate from three different barrels and four different brews, with three different brewers. This Golden Blend is particular in that sense that we used two- and five-year old lambikken only, and finished it with some freshly brewed lambik wort for the push in the bottle. Since a good 60% is two-year old lambik and almost 40% is five years old, the weighted average age of this bottle, upon bottling, is more than 31 months. Add to that at least a year of bottle conditioning, and it will have reached a weighted age of more than 43 months. Compared to blend 54, this blend roughly has an inverted proportion of two- and five-year-old lambik.

For this Druif, we macerated muscaris grapes, picked at Hoenshof in the summer of 2021. We macerated the grape must on two- and three-year old lambikken. Maceration took almost four months before blending and bottling.

This brings the weighted average age of the blend to more than 22 months. The final fruit proportion is 396 grams of muscaris grapes per litre of Druif. Of all brews, more than a quarter was brewed with Pajottenland grown cereals. 100% 3 Fonteinen-brewed lambic

8.3% ABV

For this Kweepeer, quinces were macerated for over six months on both two and three year-old lambik. It was then blended with some very young lambik for continued bottle fermentation.

Lambikken originate from five different barrels and seven different brews, brewed by both Lindemans (30%) and 3 Fonteinen. Of the cereals used in the 3 Fonteinen brews, a quarter was sourced from their own Pajottenland cereal collective. The weighted average age of the blend upon bottling was more than 40 months.

No addition of juices, syrups, or artificial sweeteners.  Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.

7.2% ABV

For this Wijnbergperzik, we macerated vineyard peaches for about four months on three- and four-year old lambik. Two thirds of the lambikken have been brewed by Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen, one third by Lindemans. The oldest lambik has been brewed in October 2019. This renders the weighted average age to more than 33 months. The final fruit proportion is 388 grams of Moesel-grown and hand-picked peaches per litre of Wijnbergperzik

6% ABV

This top-fermented blond beer with secondary fermentation has a very full-bodied aroma and a perfect sweet-bitter balance with a pleasant aftertaste. A blond tasting beer to enjoy for a long time.

Referral fermentation in both bottle and barrel ensures years of shelf life with flavour evolution.
